Featured Products
Compact compression measurement, built for the rig.
The WG Industries Compression Load Cell uses a proven pad-style hydraulic design in a compact, low-profile housing. The center top port accepts a load pin or transfer fitting, and two side hydraulic ports allow connection to a gauge or transducer for direct readout. Machined steel construction built and tested in Houston, Texas.
The WG Industries Tong Torque and Tong Line Pull System provides clear, calibrated readings of tong line pull during make-up and break-out of tubulars on the rig floor. The dial reads in 200 lb increments across the full range, with a built-in torque conversion based on the tong handle length (torque = line pull × tong length in feet).
Heavy-duty black housing, brass top mount, and a calibrated dial assembled and tested in Houston, Texas.
KEY FEATURES
Direct line pull readings in 200 lb increments
Built-in torque conversion (torque = line pull × tong length in feet)
High-visibility yellow scale ring for fast field reading
Brass top-mount fitting for fast installation
Heavy-duty black housing built for the rig floor
Calibrated and tested in Houston, Texas
APPLICATIONS
Tubular make-up and break-out operations
Drilling, completion, and workover rig floors
Tong torque verification and quality control
Connection torque monitoring
The WG Industries Electronic Midget Wireline Weight Indicator delivers accurate, portable load readings for wireline crews working in the field. The full-scale dial with 20 lb subdivisions provides fine resolution for delicate operations, and the protective steel carrying case keeps the instrument secure between jobs.
Calibrated and tested in Houston, Texas.
KEY FEATURES
Compact, portable design built for wireline crews
20 lb subdivisions for precise, fine-resolution readings
Rugged red steel carrying case with hinged lid and handle
Brass top-mount fitting for fast hookup
Calibrated and tested in Houston, Texas
APPLICATIONS
Slickline and wireline weight monitoring
Well intervention and workover operations
Tool retrieval and fishing operations
Portable field weight measurement
Pressure isolation built for harsh fluids and demanding service. A 316 stainless steel piston isolator engineered to protect pressure instruments from corrosive, abrasive, and high-solids process fluids. Standard 1" × 1" port configuration. Compact 9-inch profile.
316 stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance in sour service, chloride-rich, and chemically aggressive applications
Free-floating piston design isolates the gauge from drilling mud, completion fluids, cement, acid, and other abrasive or corrosive media
1" hammer union process connection for fast field installation and tear-down
1" instrument port with bleed/fill provision for clean priming and air removal
Compact 9" profile fits tight manifold and skid configurations
Engineered, assembled, and pressure-tested in Houston, Texas
Built to pair. Engineered to last.
The WG Industries 6" Simple Point Pressure Gauge is engineered to operate with a 4:1 pressure debooster, allowing crews to safely monitor high-pressure systems on a single, easy-to-read dial. The full-scale layout with 25 PSI subdivisions delivers clear, fast readings in the field, even at a distance.
Heavy-duty black housing, brass top mount, and a calibrated dial built and tested in Houston, Texas.
KEY FEATURES
Designed exclusively for use with a 4:1 pressure debooster
Large 6" dial face for fast, clear readings at a distance
25 PSI subdivisions for precise field measurement
Brass top-mount fitting for direct installation on the debooster
Built, calibrated, and tested in Houston, Texas
APPLICATIONS
Wellhead and frac iron pressure monitoring
Mud pump and standpipe pressure readings
Cementing and stimulation operations
Dual-gauge manifold installations
Step high line pressure down to gauge range. Built for the field.
The WG Industries 4:1 Pressure Debooster reduces incoming line pressure by a 4-to-1 ratio, stepping high-pressure process media down to a range that a standard 6" simple pointer pressure gauge can read accurately and survive long-term. The hammer union connection lets crews install, swap, and service the unit in the field without specialty tools.
4:1 pressure reduction ratio for safe, accurate readings on 6" simple pointer gauges
Sold as a matched pair for dual-gauge installations
Hammer union connection for fast field installation and tear-down
Bleed/fill port for clean priming and air removal
Heavy-duty construction rated for high-pressure oilfield service
Built, assembled, and pressure-tested in Houston, Texas
The WG Industries Load Cell delivers reliable inline tension readings in a compact, space-saving design. The brass-sleeved body protects the strain gauge from corrosion and field damage, while the integrated eye fittings simplify installation in cable, line, and lifting applications.
Machined and tested in Houston, Texas.
KEY FEATURES
Compact inline design for tight installations
